Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@christianitycore.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right at no extra cost — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you exchange your item as quickly as possible.
